I was hired full-time by a long-term professional contact for whom I’ve done a lot of contract work over the last several years. The company provides mainly SEO and relied heavily on outsourcing for new websites and web-related projects or troubleshooting. In addition to continuing the previous responsibilities, I became the

2013-2018
Oozle MediaLead Developer
I began to create custom-built themes and plugins that could be re-used in the future by other developers. I changed company focus to more client-friendly sites, and I began training clients on using their new sites. I was responsible for our server admin, as well as email admin, tech support, and DNS issues. I worked with our new CRO team to apply changes to design and themes. I did a lot of troubleshooting of PHP, JavaScript, SSL, and hosting issues on client sites.
2010 - 2013
Oozle MediaWordPress Developer
I was hired at Oozle to build sites and see them from PSD to launch, using WordPress as a CMS. I set up CRM integration via proprietary APIs for education clients. I was also responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and changing existing client sites, as well as creating landing pages.
2010-2012
Content Writer/SpinnerTOP SPOT WEB DESIGN
This job was primarily for creating content for SEO purposes. I wrote and distributed SEO content using proprietary software and a variety of online portals. This did involve some minor WordPress theming and was my first introduction to WordPress.
2006-2007
Web DeveloperGLOBAL RESPONSE TECHNOLOGIES
This was the first job where I learned to slice sites from PSDs to XHTML (or HTML Strict 4.0) and modern CSS (CSS2). I developed using Internet Explorer 6 and the original version of Firefox into pixel-perfect websites. There was also some minor PHP programming and SEO content creation.
2005-2007

This combo bookstore and tax professional (whose owner loved puns) had me mostly performing retail tasks, like inventory, customer service, and cashiering. However, he wanted me to help with his website and I also did some basic IT functions as needed. I maintained our internal files and networking for the tax-side of the business.
